Curved secondary belt cleaner is used underneath the conveyor. With it’s curved urethane blade and it’s pivoting support system, it will fit on a straight of cupped belt.
Features
- Secondary scrapper to clean fines left by a primary scrapper on straight or cupped belts. Usually installed underneath the conveyor outside the discharge chute.
- Supplied with a sturdy pivoting support with springs for a very precise positioning of the curved blade with the curved belt. All the tensionner parts are powder coated for an extended life of the system.
- Shall be installed perpendicularly to the belt.
- The blade is easily replaceable by using bolted clamp.
- Availablel for belt width from 18 to 72 inches.
